This paper looks at the pathway educators and facilitators can take to build step by step successful programming, effective teaching and learning and successful students. Based on actual classrooms and the learning journeys that occurred by using a social competency tied to interdisciplinary curriculum approach; this builds resilience and lifelong skills. It is tied to authentic purpose and the real world.
